Crowns & Bridges
It’s critical to have regular professional cleanings and examinations. Regular brushing and flossing can keep your teeth and gums healthy, but some places just don’t get clean enough at home. With professional cleaning, we clean plaque buildup and tartar before they can turn into decay.
During preventative care appointments, our dentists will also look for decay, signs of oral cancer, and check the state of your gums and teeth.
Prevent Cavities With Sealants
For children, we offer dental sealants. It’s difficult to clean the surfaces of your molars thoroughly. We can apply a clear sealant over the grooves and crevices that prevents decay from forming on those areas.
If we do find a cavity during an exam, we’ll have you come back to have the tooth filled. Your dentist will clean out the decay and fill the area with a tooth-colored filling material.
Extensive decay that reaches the pulp of the tooth, including the nerve, requires root canal therapy. This procedure includes removing the decayed nerve and pulp from the root of the tooth, cleaning and sealing the inside of the tooth, and filling it with antibacterial material.
If the decay has compromised the tooth structure, a crown may be used to support the remaining portion of the tooth, allowing it to look and function normally.
Do you or your partner snore? To solve the problem, we can create a custom dental appliance that will move your lower jaw forward. The appliance is completely comfortable and will prevent the tissues in the back of your throat and base of your tongue from relaxing and blocking your airway.
Are you or your child an athlete? We encourage anyone engaged in contact sports to talk with us about a custom mouthguard to protect your teeth and gums. We create mouthguards customized to your mouth for maximum comfort.

Crowns & Bridges
Crowns, also known as caps, are artificial teeth that fit over the natural tooth or dental implant. They look and function like a natural tooth.
Bridges are used to span a gap caused by a missing tooth or teeth. When teeth are missing, the teeth next to the gap can drift into the space and cause bite problems. Crowns are placed over the teeth adjacent to the gap to prevent drifting. These abutment teeth support false teeth that span the empty space.
Full and Partial Dentures
Dentures are removable replacement teeth. Full dentures are used when all of the teeth are missing, and partial dentures are created when some natural teeth remain.
Dentures are customized for your mouth and look and function like natural teeth. They should be removed for cleaning daily.
Dental implants are the most effective way to replace teeth. Most dental offices refer you to a specialist for implants, but Dr. Suchman, Dr. Darnall, and Dr. Hendrix have completed advanced education to offer this procedure for you.
A dental implant procedure includes placement of a titanium implant in the jaw to anchor a crown (artificial tooth). The implant is a permanent replacement and can be used anywhere a tooth is missing.
The enamel on your teeth can become stained due to coffee, wine, smoking, some foods, and just normal aging. For a whiter smile with little to no sensitivity, make an appointment for teeth whitening in our office. Your teeth can be up to eight shades whiter in an hour! Deep stains, such as those from medications, may resist whitening efforts. Dental veneers are thin shells made of porcelain that are applied to the fronts of the tooth surfaces. They cover stains, fix aesthetic spacing issues, change the look of misshapen or misaligned teeth, and more.
Dental bonding is a procedure that applies tooth-colored resin material to improve your smile. Typically this is used to improve the appearance of teeth that are broken, cracked, or stained.
For patients that want straighter teeth without braces, we offer Invisalign® clear aligners. We use digital technology to scan your teeth and special software to project your future smile. The scans are sent to the Invisalign® lab to create your custom aligners.
Wear your aligners at least 22 hours per day, removing them for eating, toothbrushing, and cleaning. You’ll visit the office about once a month so we can check your progress and provide the next set of aligners.
To provide the highest quality, most effective care for our patients, we utilize the latest dental technology.
Chief among our technical tools is our iTero Element® digital scanner. We use this intraoral device to take digital scans for crowns and other restorations. No more messy impression molds!
The Anatomage 3D cone-beam imaging solution provides us with the ultimate tool for implant planning. With the accompanying software, we produce lab-fabricated surgical guides. These guides shorten surgeries and ensure reduced postoperative discomfort.
